Debt payoff order

Needs first. Debt next.

Payoff Order waits until you type the paycheck, the bills, and every balance. Then it tells you what to pay first: the required payments, a $1,000 cushion, any match from work, then the expensive debt.

Free to use. Your numbers stay on your account.

How the order works

Four steps. The suggestion comes last, never first.

  1. 01

    The paycheck

What lands, how often, and when the last check arrived.

  2. 02

    Bills

Rent, groceries, power, insurance, and anything you swipe a card for.

  3. 03

    Debts

Cards, personal loans, the mortgage, the car, student loans, and anything else you owe.

  4. 04

    Then the suggestion

After cash on hand and any workplace match. Minimums, a $1,000 starter fund, and that match come out before extra payments on the expensive debt.

What belongs in the ledger

  • Credit cards

Connect the bank and the balance and limit stay current. Extra payments go to the highest interest first. Bringing a card under 30% comes after that, before anything is invested. Bank connections are optional. You can enter balances and limits manually.

  • Personal loans

The rate decides whether extra cash attacks the loan or can be invested.

  • Mortgage

Entered as a debt, not as rent. Mortgage insurance counts until the balance is 80% of the original value.

  • Car and student loans

Cheaper rates stay on their minimum once costlier balances are gone.

Install the app

It installs from this site, not an app store. On an iPhone, the button opens the short steps. On Android, it adds Payoff Order to the home screen.

How it stays private

  • Google only

Sign-in is Google. Payoff Order never sees that password.

  • Your account only

The ledger is saved to the signed-in account, and the page will not open it for anyone else.

  • The bank stays locked

A bank password never comes here. The connection is locked on the server, not in the page.

  • Erase is real

Erase my numbers deletes the ledger and disconnects the bank. It asks you to tap twice.
